I'm from Nigeria's lower middle class. I can afford travel to Kenya, SA and even Dubai like most lower middle class Nigerians. I stay at Valley Arcade Lavington whenever am in Nairobi so what exactly are you on about?

The areas mentioned in Nairobi are very well affordable for the average frugal Nigerian.

Kenya is like sleep, Nigeria is death. There is no comparison between sleep and death.

Kenya has a future, Nigeria doesn't, cos come what may, I can't picture Igboland co existing in the same political enclosure with ethnic groups in SW, North and even some in SS in forseeable future.
We are not one people and our political, cultural and social ideologies are divergent from each other.

I had seen infrastructures in Kenya on this thread, and I was really impressed. I learnt that Kenya also has her own centrifugal forces, with Mombasa threatening to secede and leave the country landlocked like Eritrea did to Ethiopia.
Kenya seem to be handling the Mombasa threat better.

Also learnt that the electricity supply in Kenya is many times better than those of Nigeria, Nigeria is really a cursed place, there have been no light in my area for 1week plus now, government can't provide common electricity, yet they are so callous and insensitive to the suffering of the poor masses that they went and increased the price of petroleum that the poor use to power their generators.

Either way, for a nation not blessed with mineral resources, Kenya has done well for herself and should hold their heads high, they had been blessed with relatively better leadership than Nigeria.

And about those comparison..it's not worth fighting over..USA better than Canada doesn't mean Canada is wack and population really means alot..China is still considered as a developminf country yet no country economy is growing rapidly as it and that's the same with India with besta engineers even having its own silicon valley yt it's still a developing country...Nigeria is better if u wanna use facta based on per capita,gdp,military and even education(though Nairobi university is a great school as per Africa and nigerian schools buh do you know the numbers of schools like Nairobi in Nigeria,i can count 8...oau,ui,unilag,unn,uniben,unilorin buh despite all these Kenya is a good country but not one that can best Nigeria coz those are reserved for Egypt and SA...

No fight kenyattas and Nigerians... Nairobi is quite beautiful among top 10 in Africa buh not as lag and abj..

Last I checked rankings of Africa most beautiful cities Lagos and Abuja are still ranked above Nairobi and also

Even if 110m nigerians are poor, it's still have more than 70m that are living well and that's almost twice the population of kenya. The problem with these people is that they reason like kids which is what they are. if not, how can they compare economy of 450b$ to their 70$? Just like because china has the second largest population of poor people then singapore will bragging to them, meanwhile everything singapore have china had it times five.

Just point out one thing you have in kenya that nigeria doesn't have two to three times. Everyday this low-lifes will come out spamming this site with kenya have this and that. In Nigeria 98% of people here take kenya as backward jungle and i don't think it's going to change. If you people like tell your government to put advertisement of your country on Cnn nobody care.until i see someone that'll convince me that it's easier to be a dollar millionaire in kenya than Nigeria then I'll take that place as a country.
