No one can assist you if you continue to be VAGUE about what you submitted. Just be more specific while leaving out details that can identify you.

I would hopefully be visiting Morocco in July for a wedding (6 days) with a group of people (about 15 from Nigeria. Most of the other wedding guests are coming from different countries). I have a job that i love (working as a Head of School and earn about 120k a month). 28 yrs old female single and live with my mum (no responsibilities except general upkeep) and have about 700k in my account (it fluctuates between 700 and 900). What would you say are my chances of getting the visa? I have been to the embassy in Abuja and gotten the list of requirements (which is the same as UK).
The couple are actually considering Morocco or Turks and Caicos as destination for their wedding but are leaning towards Morocco because of US visa wahala (You need either a US, UK or Canadian Visa to enter Turks and Caicos). I have previously applied for a UK visa when I was to travel with my mum but was denied because I didn't show a strong enough tie to home country. (my mum was given hers though). I have been to both Dubai and Saudi in the past year.
Just want to know my chances before application and what can I do to improve my home ties if I'm to reapply for UK visa.

Please I neee your help. I summited my visa documents for southafrica at the vfs on the 1st of this month. This is the first time am traveling. My documents includes my passport, photocopy of my yellow card, a reference letter from my bank. My bank statement for 6months of which I did a deposit transaction of about 9million within 6mnths and a balance of 2.2m. Also in my documents includes a letter from my company(well know company) Approving me to travel and also my flight ticket with southafrican airline and my hotel reservation I paid for. I want to know my chances of getting the visa. Because am just a first time traveler.

@Vicjustice: I applied for Italy tourist visa and got a denial with only no 8 ticked: 8- the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of intended stay was not reliable.

I submitted the following:
1.application form
2. Flight booking
3 hotel reservation
4, aiico health insurance
5. Business CAC reg certificate
6. Tax certificate
7. Wedding certificate
8. 3 kids birth certificate
9.Bank statement with running of 12m and balance of 2,017,000
10. Introductory letter from company secretary.

Whats my next hope...can I appeal?

Total credit : 47. 6 million
Totatal debit : 42 million

Available balance is 4.5 million but the checklist requires 40,000 AUD. Which is 9 million Niara.
Will dis statement substitute or should I back date it to wen he had 12 million in it? or wait for money to flow in again before I print?

pls, which do dey look at? D available balance abi the cash flow?

my story: in 2005,my then boyfriend in the UK intend to sponsor me over for a visit, all required documents was sent by him which were verify ok expect for the bio metric page of his passport which he forgot to ahead,i was placed on Appeal by the VO who gave me 5working days to summit d document.it was started that if my sponsor can scan d documents to the BHC within this period I will get my entrance clearance.
but for reasons best known to him he keeps procrastinating till d deadline was over after a year we broke up.
Fast forward to 2016,now am working earning 156k has gross income monthly,i have a child and doing well.
Now were I need ur advice,i intended travel to UK by may 2017 by the grace of God.
1, the company I work something owe salary for some months but latter pays everything once as arrears can this be classified as cash lodgement.
2,the bank were I have my salary acct(Heritage)has limited branches in Lagos so most time immediately my salary comes in l withdrawal and deposit into my personal account (gtb) so my salary account as a current bal of less than 300k but I can build my personal account to have like 850k which statement will be advisable to present or can I present both.
3,in my new application will it be necessary to mention the previous case or I shd forget it and let it go since am using a fresh passport (note: the old one was not an e-passport)
4,which will be better to use as a co-sponsor:the company I work for or my fiance

I have overstayed my student visa in Australia for 6 months due to financial problems and have left the country voluntarily. Now I wanted to have a new start and wanted to apply in another country,which is new zealand.I want to apply another student visa,because there are no work here in my home country and my uncle is willing to sponsor me to go to another country to study and hopefully land a better job after. My question is,will my overstay in Australia affect my New zealand visa application? Will I get deny because of my overstay? I just wanted to make sure before I do anything so I wont be wasting any money.

I want to be positive because I will never really know unless I try but if anyone tried this already can you tell me your experience?

No, it won't be considered money lodgment provided there is evidence of the source. However, it could raise questions to the reliability of the company that you work for.

In this circumstance, presenting both accounts is fine. But be mindful that your chance of refusal is very high because, Visa Officers do not fancy applicants with the potentiality of being financially broke due to visa application and travel costs: Remember that half of your money will go for (economy class) flight ticket alone.

You were suggesting whether to" let go" your previous visa application refusal (without mentioning it in your new application) so, i was asking whether you can "let go" without lying to cover it or use deception. I also warned you that you would be caught and given a lengthy ban: and if you are willing to accept it, admitting your previous failed application does not affect your chance for a visa, but hiding it will not only result in refusal, it would get you banned.

You can not appeal a refusal for tourist visa application.
It is hard to advice you since i do not know what the Italian embassy saw with your application, perhaps you can explain how you presented (to them) your reason for applying for a tourist visa.

you already know it a 6 months statement of account you needed, since you have the plan of apply again, you should have ask him to be sending the money little by little, 4.5M. into your account once will be Money lodgement, the history will show.

Hi I have a few questions to ask:

1) I plant to travel on the 21st of December in time for Christmas. I wish to submit on the 5th of December. Is my travel date too close to my application date and Will i be refused based on this?

2) I have a power of attorney document stamped at the court. The documate just states my mum is giving me her property to rent out to tenants. I wish to use this as evidence of my ties to nigeria. I have stated that in my letter i wish to setup my business but at the moment i am unemployed.

3) whats a notarial certificates? Saw it on the "Visitor: supporting documents guide". Is this the same as a power of attorney?

4) The visa asked me to submit evidece of my relationship with my gf, yet they said photographs should not be sent except if requested. How do i deomostrate evidece. I planeed to screenshot facebook pictures of us together.

Please do not conceal any information, they already have your details. If you do, you will be banned for 10 years am talking from experience. You stand a chance to explain everything that happened and you will not have problems. Best of luck

It is better you back date till 12M cos 4.5 is half of 9M and it won't fly.
