Ours is also a reality. We have 5,000 acres of land bought and fenced (how big can eko city be ), We have built roads, electricity and water. And now we are building the first building. Just like Eko City. And we have 3 cities coming up in Nairobi. Tatu City is already underway too. And Kenyatta family have their own NorthLand city - in their 11,000 acres of Land in Ruiru Narobi.
