Senator (Barrister) Bala Ibn Na'Allah will surely be remembered by Nigerians for tabling the proposed data price increase by the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) at the Senate plenary sitting on Wednesday, November 30th.

The NCC had earlier ordered all telecommunication service providers to increase data prices effective from December 1st, 2016.
