They are right. The Nigeria environment is a harsh place to do business,these guys have to provide 2 working generators at all their base stations,fuel cost is also rising,taxes also,coupled with the fact that forex remittance is becoming an headache for them. The only way they can keep up is to reduce their quality of service

I pay 2k for 7.5gb from glo and these guys want tarrif to go up, why not reduce the volume of data they give than increase the price, even with 3gb for 2k, I will still patronise them, why give that volume that I can not finish in a month and complain.

I just called mtn customer line they told me mtn zone is no longer available for migration

How on earth can a responsible service provider threaten his paying customer with poor services? So, if they provide poor data services, we port to another network. Who is the loser then? If all networks shut down their data, other players will see the void and enter the market. In this era of extremely cheap metred data and free wifi in developed countries, they are threatening us here with poor network and exorbitant prices.

These people think they are doing us a favour by providing us with paid data. They do not understand that this is how they eat. Please somebody should tell them.

I just wondered why the Federal Government will not delete all this network providers and re-licence new ones with good reputation.

Same thing Fashola said before he increased electricity tarrif yet electricity is now worse than before ..
