So this thread still on. Nigerians and Kenyans. I admire the people of both countries and i agree that we both have our weaknesses and strength, but i think my Kenyan brothers should just agree that Nigeria really has more potentials that they do.
We Nigerians have tried to manage the largest black nation in the world and in Africa and we still manage to fare better than others in many aspects.
A country with a higher population and greater landmass always have the potentials of becoming bigger, better and more relevant than smaller ones.

If the argument was about where the most improvement is taking place, you could put this up. Nairobi is above New York in that list. But we know it'll be a tall dream too early to compare the level of development of real estate in both cities. That also explains why Cairo, Jo'burg and Lagos are missing in the list. Although I believe they should all strive to be there too.
