If 90% of Lagos is a slum, then it would have been reported likewise by international media and organizations, but it's not.
A place that has houses as appartments with modern toilet facilities, clearly defined motorable roads and some level of sanitation cannot be likened to a slum.

I agree that Lagos used to be messy in the past, but since the last Governor's administration, it has been really wow!

What abt Nigeria's 2nd largest city Abuja? A city with an urban population of about 3 million and yet no single slum. What do u call that?

Let me be frank to u, the reason why Lagos had issues for many years in the past was because it was completely neglected by the Federal govt of the nation who focused on Abuja alone. It took the former governor (a progressive person) many years to fix Lagos.
So, all those shitty pictures u see of Lagos are over a decade old pics.
