you have to learn how to control yourself, dnt let your body control you, be in control of your body..
learn to face your fears and nt run from them...

I'm not sure if you've seen a guy with an erect pole. You'd notice that he constantly tries to hide it but for where... the thing nor go gree, it just won't stand down.

Most time, he will just excuse himself if he's in a public place. So controlling your body is almost impossible especially when you're around that one special specie.

Ask her what it is she wants to work on and you have to see if that's achievable or not.
If you are working in a gym then it's a case off showing her what needs to be done then observe her technique if you are that worried stick to routines that have little or no touching. Saying that some women come to the gym with alterior motives so if she starts to bend in all sorts of peculiar positions that always seem to position her ass in your directon as well as constantly saying "I can't do this help me !" Then it's safe to assume it was never about working out in the first place the girl just wanted to spend time with you...
