I understand the concept of giving everyone a chance, but it shouldn't connote playing people out of positions. Giving Mata or Rooney a chance would be better at the middle not on the wings. Giving Darmian a chance should come at RB not at LB where he's proven to be incompetent at. I love the change in his attitude, but not the changes he's making with team sometimes.

Playing carrick brings stability to our team, Herrera has been balling majorly and pogba must play so unless there is an injury to any of these three or we are playing a weak side, i doubt rooney and Mata will ever get a chance at the 10 position any time soon. Valencia has got the RB on lock down and we know mou has got a problem with rotating his first 11, if shaw wasn't so weak and blind wasn't so out of form i doubt that darmian would be starting sef. Mou has just got to play some ninjas out of position if they are to get playing time at all.

Darmian actually played more games for Torino in the left back position.
