Well you sound bitter, but the Maasai people are the only ones who practice that. There are other pastrol communities like Borana Oromos, rendille and Samburu. And mind you Kenya has more literacy levels than Nigeria, so who is backwards here? The same Kenyans live almost 10 years more than in Nigeria.

I've read something about planned cities. Is the woman serious , there is no inch of soil in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu not in very well demarcated, asigned purpose. And counties are in the process of doing the same. That's why in Kenya there is classified residential area, industrial area, government land, airport, road, rail reserves etc. Be mindful of these when buying land in Kenya
