All the year 1 year 2 were to qualify you for final year. The main things that you lmake use of in the field are taught towards the end of the course, the Year 1 and yr 2 are just fundamentals like A level Maths And Mechanics

Shell wont hire an Engineer because he is good at yr 1 Maths.
