I noticed a number of topics recently opened to vent frustrations on both sides of the gender line on accusations of expectations. There is a book called Men are from Mars, Women from Venus. This book talks about what men hear when women speak to us. Almost all the times what we hear and understand is different from the woman says. The range in gap can be anything from close to opposite. The same goes for women hearing something different than what we say. So the book gives attributes for why the gap exist but its title is a defining truth and metaphorically, the bottom line is we are from different planets.

It is helpful to know what attributes on the planet work for you and which ones are flagged that you want to work on and improve. So there is what is called birth chart in Astrology. This is for self underatanding. Beyond that there is also an analysis called composite chart, done for more than one person. Composite is pretty much looking at inidvidual and then looking at how the inidividuals combine when merged. Is there a fire or not, and how combustible is it? We don't want a fire so hot it burns, thats an inferno, referred in ghetto as "drama". Likewise we don't want a fire so dim you can hardly feel its heat, that's boredom.
