My phone discharges whenever I charge it and use it at D same time, it charges normally Though if i don't use it. I tot it was D charging IC and i changed dat component. Buh D same problem still persists. Please hu knows wat D problem is?

Change the charger.
Try using the OEM charger (the one that came with the phone)
If it doesn't work then don't use your phone while charging.

Try another network, or wipe data and cache for Google Play store app.

pls any engineers in the house to help, whenever i switched on my data, the GPS automatically becomes active, i will have to go to "setting" and to "Location access" and then turn it off. however, after some seconds it automatically become active again as long as the data is ON. it drains my battery and i don't know what to do anymore. Also, i have tried factory reset but all to no avail. could it be because i once rooted my phone?

Help me Phone Engineers, my infinix note 2's touch pad suddenly developed fault in October. When I put on the screen,it responds just for 2 secs or 3 touches and I changed the screen and touchpad. 2 days back, the new one has started freezing and only allow 4 touches. What is the solution please?
