For those asking about how to flash official Roms on Redmi 4 prime, check this video. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mWMq-S8A0LA
That is what I used to flash official China stable ROM on mine.
However, I will advise you to use the vendor custom ROM till the official global ROM is out. This is because the China ROM does not have Google play store and Google apps. It took a while before I got Google apps installed. Also, it has a lot of Chinese apps which are system apps.

Came with Global stable rom which of course has Google apps preinstalled including playstore. Got it for $176 which translates to #57,200. Its the 3 gig ram, 32 gig rom version.

Depending on the version you need, Mi max is from $170 currently
Redmi note 3 pro from $128
You don't get them in stores, you either order or you buy from nairalanders here. Might be of help to you if you have Access visa card since you are in Warri.
