As long as I am concern, all these gara gara is unnecessary because at the end of it all there will be many innocent casualties. There are still other means by which this can be resolved peacefully. If Jammah is asking for Judges to be supplied by the ECOWAS to preside over the electoral despute, why can't the ECOWAS just do so for the sake of the people of the Gambia instead, of going to war with the country? If the send their judges instead of warships to resolve every electoral dispute between the two parties, I'm very sure every party will accept the judgement of the supreme court and that will end the matter. I'm just saying my mind though.

So, what stopped Jammeh from stepping down while still pursuing his case at the court as it's done everywhere? Why must he sit in power for the court to decide? Let the message be sent that such attitude won't be tolerated from anyone. It's unfortunate it has to be this way

France has heavily invested in cote d'ivoire and will not let things goes south for them. This is why they acted by coming to ivory to restore peace. Nigeria is indeed a very shameless nation. A country where citizens are dying like flies from activities of terrorists,and who haven't been able to effectively secure the lives and properties of its citizens,deploying troops to go do God knows what in Gambia. Is it not the same air force that just dropped bombs on innocent citizens just a few days back? Instead of deploying those troops to southern kaduna to halt the marauding activities of terrorists branded as fulani herdsmen,we're fooling ourselves with sending warships and fighter jets to show force to a tiny nation of just 2 million souls;what a shame!

I commend nigeria army are now doing well. They have been demostrating good professionalism and strength in Africa b4 we used to rely on Niger republic n cameroun to help us protect our land . with costant mission n millitary engagement we will be the best in the zone.
I just want us to develop good experience in AIR n water coz in future we will need these things to survive when the amgeddon comes
