With the money it is better to improve on the schools infrastructure and also increase the teachers salary. Feeding of the children is d d responsibility of their parents and every sensible parent will want a good school facility than one feeding program. Its not even a sustainable policy.

I think its better for us to have Soup kitchens where the rich can donate food for those in need. Meal tickets handed out to those who need it. Waste of scarce resources. For how long would they be fed? And we all know the money is going into a few privileged pockets.

The federal government should stop all these nonsense in the southeast, we don't want this kind of help. Our kids eat from home and they should stop feeding them with food which the cooks will embezzle 3-quarter of it and give them stale food.
