lol don't bother yourself with Norway unless you have millions to transfer to Norway first to show sufficient funds. Which uni and course you applied to in Estonia.

Hello all, to those considering another routes, I guess UK could be an option, here's the response from Estonia Consular in UK

You can apply for a D-visa http://london.vm.ee/visiting_estonia/aid-1004. You need to book you an appointment and come to the embassy in person, visa process can take up to 10 days, usually it takes less for D-visas. Please be advised that visa application cannot be lodged earlier than three months before the start of the intended travel.

Once you are in Estonia, you can apply for a temporary residence permit for studying https://www.politsei.ee/en/teenused/residence-permit/tahtajaline-elamisluba/oppimiseks/index.dot.

It is possible to apply for a TRP through the embassy in London also.

Kind regards,

So Far I think you can get estonian visa from any country that has an estonian embassy. I believe that is one of the main duty of an embassy. So Guys choose the route that is close by and cheap for You when the admission comes.

Hello Nairalanders! I will be applying for an admission at the University of Tallinn to study an undergraduate degree in Politics and Governance. Though, I'm a final year student here in OAU, Ile-Ife. Do you think I stand the chance of getting the admission, and is there anybody currently studying at the University of Tallinn??

thanks joy but do u mean invoice number of the bank teller should be quoted as a remark on my online dreamapply page.
secondly...I walked into one Gtb branch to make enquiries about transferring using euro domiciliary account..they gave details on what it entails. the charges to transfer a single 100euro is way too much. can anyone advise on the best way to go without incurring much charges aside using omniborder.
