Actually there is a test to check cm acidity. Chai nothing wey TTC mamas no dey research. I saw online that you can use basic litmus paper, the type we used for chemistry classes back in sec school. Fertile cm is meant to be alkaline in nature so if during O it's still acidic, alkaline boosting foods can be taken to increase alkalinity and make cm more receptive to sperm. I don't know anything about m2tone dear

I think it's on the cd8 because I went to book for my today and the Dr. Wrote 4th of February for me so will be there on d said day to enjoy the pain. meanwhile, saw my menses last night.

See, the best way to deal with Nigerians is to tell them, because, no matter how you do face, some people just don't get it. Next time, smile at the pastor and direct his hand to ur head too. When they are forcing you out for baby dedication, if you don't want to go, please tell them you don't want to.

God has already blessed us, and its not about what we do or not do. Many of them there with their kids, did they go out all the time during baby dedication, did they sow here and there, please children are a gift from God, so we will all receive ours in due time. Just take some of them and tell them you don't like it, let them call you whatever, but they know your stand at least.

Do you experience it after kpekus? If it is after or a lil bit after, it could be dryness, that preseed can help with. If it is without kpekus, did you just start having the condition, if yes, it could be harmattan o *wild guess*. If it is irrespective of the above, please visit your doc. Or try all them fish oil etc, heard they as well help with CM.

And i hope you arent on diet sha, all them "lose weight in 1 week"diet have a way of messing with your hormones/system.

My dear sisters, I am very sorry that I have been incommunicado for a few days now. My tablet was acting up and I dont log in at work.

First, I started treatment at Georges Memorial with hope of doing IVF but only completed the tests etc without finishing basically as another colleague whose sister had gone to Georges met me and gave a poor review. Eventually I ended up at St Ives where I was diagnosed with the ovarian cysts. They insist I must take them out before I can even think of IVF. To be honest , I am waiting on God because I am tired of procedures.

Please I currently take Folic acid and vit b complex, as I am trying to avoid too many cocktails of drugs. Anyone has experience of vita b complex? Is it safe for ttc? Also anyone into natural fertilizer enhancements that could help me?

st ives isnt any better,...according to reviews sef its worse., had bfn @georges...while it isnt so bad, they have a lot of areas to improve on...especially educating or explaining things in detail.
