Even proved and approved by your own courts of being cowards

From bully boys to wimps: the decline of SA's military
It is a good thing that Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe do not seem to have any territorial ambitions, because if they chose to annex a few South African provinces, the defence force would be hard-pressed to stop them, especially if Lesotho decided to get into the action

Even the Americans have purchased arms from the chinese at one point in time. No man is an Island...Yes Eeben and co. helped us learn a few things...whats the big deal? Everyone in one point in life gets help from someone....Even South Africa!!! So pls stop this. I hate it when we try to rubbish what people have died and bled for...it doesnt make us better men/women.

Patchesagain:

So what are those men doing in the pictures i posted? You telling me Nigeria hired 500 mechanics?

No need to be childish.

You couldent win your war, so you hired South Africans and Russians and asked Chad and Cameroon to do it for you.

You're confusing the small military budget vs overall state budget. The South African government has the biggest state budget in Africa . We can fight all our immediate neighbors combined.

I think I am correct. Check the list of countries Ghana buys defense equipment from, Nigeria has been added.

Charley, there is a big event holding in Ghana in October, I hope you would be attending.

Big air show in Accra, it's been billed as the biggest African air show this year.

Hopefully Nigerian companies get to participate.

So, what you say?

I guess you missed the part where we are a top 20 arms exporter with a company in the top 100 biggest in the world.

Listing a "few hundred missiles" is a few hundred missiles more than anyone else in S.S.A

undecided undecidedthat didnt answer my question bro and where did you get the top 20 list from?? if you dont have an answer then dont respond. @jln and @mikecza and co. please no bashing intended of any sort. but SA should be utilising SSA arms requirement instead of waiting for the west. logistics wise, it shouldnt be a problem.

I long ago accepted the price of national development is a long running LIC with AS or rather their foreign backers. As sad as it is to say while this wasn't a near total fvuckup like El adde you win some you lose some-thats war!
My own info has 30 kdf kia with 70 AS dead. Rmbr these are better and smarter than the previous fighters who mainly got KIA or surrendered.

If all remaining C-130s are brought back to life what will be the total operational fleet ?
Re: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by kikuyu1(m): 2:10pm On Jan 31, 2017
Btw all you admiring the Senegalese a question: have you considered basic Naij/Senegal interoperability? If Jammehs guys resisted how would Ecomog have communicated assuming their radios were compatible? Some years back French observers on a Russian ship had to talk via sat phones cause of this issue?!
Also language. How many Naij speak French? How many Senegalese speak English? Imagine if the SBS had to call the Senegalese for night time support if a fire fight broke out at the palace!?

If all the C-130s are brought back, our total operational fleet would be 6 C-130s. If we add the G-222s it would be 11.

However, if we plan on getting the CN-235, it would mean that the G-222s would soon be retired.

Another thing is, do we plan on replacing the DO-228s?

@Airborne360 is the Air Force planning on bringing back the C-130s in Lagos?

I see that the original camouflage has been changed to grey, while the engines now have a red apron covering them.

Please any insights on your end?
