just buy coconut, d quantity is left to you, remove from d shell and blend or grate, mix a lil water inside and seive..same way as when u wana cook coconut rice just that this one after the first seiving, u can seive just once again. pls let d water u use not be very much.
then ders a new pattern we found out, instead of boiling both water and d milky part togeda, waiting 4 it to dry and wasting gas..u can put it inside d freezer but don't allow it block, just keep till it's cold and d milkish part floats ontop while d water is under.

scoop d milky part, put in a pot, boil till evritin is dried, ul see the oil den put off d gas/stove once d oil is d only thing left... d coconut particles go gum ur pot sha so b ready.

leave to cool and put in a container of ur choice... use and feel free to remake anytime... coconut oil can be used as body cream, hair oil, bd lubricant and it scents nice...

pls go for the scan to be sure, also you can do another urine pt, by now hcg hormone should have tripled in your blood stream... you can also do hcg test to determine the level of the hormone in your blood stream.... sprinkling u a trailer load of baby dust!!

In a nut shell is high protein and veg/fruit. zero carbs unless it is complex carbs and lots of water at least 3 liters a day. I have done it before and within a month i dropped a dress size ( I did it because i gained some weight when I was on some fertility drugs in the past). I have also started doing dance exercise that targets the abs. Its more about eating clean than losing weight bc I dont really have weight to lose

Happy new month fruitful mamas In the house. May this month record the highest number of BFPs in the mighty mighty name of Jesus. I keep praying for you all including my loved ones even myself so when the time comes it will be easy for me .
Atleast you people are in your hubbies houses, what of those of us still believing God for our own missing ribs (I had to separate the words since someone bears that moniker here, lol.) I desire babies and used to imagine a lot with my triplets that God will give me but I need it to come to reality. I have been down since morning, just ruminating over a lot of things. I couldn't even step out to attend the fashion class I paid for to learn. But I know soon, iyanu ma sele. The God of times and seasons will hasten it in His time,including the BFPs for all of you here, no one will be left behind on this thread.
Going forward, it dropped in my mind to do this, I guess it's the spirit leading me. I want to gift a few people the book "You shall not be barren" authored by Bishop David Oyedepo. I will get them on Sunday after church then distribute them on Monday to those within Lagos. I can afford 10 for now. And when God blesses me more I'll get more. I can only send to those within Lagos,, So long as I know where to drop off for you. I pray as you read them, may the latent content of God's Word embedded in the book work wonders. Thanks mummykyrti, it's not easy o. I have finished the drugs and even did another corse on antibiotics for the fibroid degeneration bt I started bleeding again after completing the antibiotics. Bleedind started around the time that I would have had af for jnuary and has been on for 5 days now like my normal period although quite heavy. Couuuld it be that af is back or my body if still expelling. I want to wait saturday which will make it 7 days my af duration, if it doesn't stop then I will have to go and see the gynea.
