When you relayed such, I told you go and file with your school, they'll do it for free. Secondly, don't start sounding like an ignorant. No one is addressing you like a slave except you view yourself as one. As you can see the quoted comment, it started with a "please".

If you notice, you're supposed to use form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ, NOT the regular 1040. Just because someone did it and got away with it does not give you cate blanche to do same. Many people get lucky and tax forms are not reviewed during change of status applications. If you're getting tax credits... that is technically fraud.
