Oga your information is not complete. Tell us the name of the catholic church and the location so that we can investigate your claims. As far as I know, an ordained catholic priest cannot flog church members during mass. I have not heard or seen that abeg. Waiting for your reply.

This is not a holy cane or whatsoever you may tag it. This is an outward sign of expression of strength being displayed by the faithful during reception of sacrament of confirmation.
