temitope06: Yes you can use two different NOC especially if they are in the same or closely related fields..... For Instance Mine was in Farm Supervisor and Agricultural Consultant, different NOC same field of study |

mulero23: That is really complicated but I don't think it is advisable your friend use two different age to apply as that may lead to misrepresentation and refusal. He or She must look for a way of reconciling both documents to carry the same age. I guess the easiest way to do that is to get another Passport that has the same age with his ECA report. It is important that the age across all documents submitted including IELTS is the same. This is just my opinion 1 Like |

abbyode: As long as you don't have below 6.0 in any of the language Skills, I won't advise you to rewrite IELTS because your CRS score may still not be more than 400 after writing another even with a higher CLB. Obviously you have lost over 50 points in Age. So Kindly explore Provincial Nomination Programs. I will advise you to explore Saskatchewan PNP. NOC 2244 maybe suitable for you as an Elect/Elect Engineer and it is an On demand Job. Here is an helpful link below. https://www.saskatchewan.ca/residents/moving-to-saskatchewan/immigrating-to-saskatchewan/saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program/applicants-international-skilled-workers/sinp-in-demand-occupation-list 3 Likes |

Beem4cupid: If you applied for it after you got your ITA, I will advise that you submit your application and write a letter of explanation with all evidence that you have started the process of getting the FBI Identify Summary Check. it takes between 12 to 14 weeks for the FBI to get ready. That's well over 100 days. Remember you only have 90 days to submit a complete application. That's what I did cos I applied for the FBI Identity Summary Check two weeks after receiving ITA so there was no time on my side again. |

walejummy: Bros they don't use grade to award points. Trust me you can have a better CRS point than someone with first class if you have a better IELTS results than such person. Bottom line, they don't award points based on your grade in the University but based on your Age, English Proficiency, Married Status, Work Experience and Transferability Skills |

Good day house, been a silent reader but hope to participate from now. I just got ITA and will be sharing my timelines below. ECA- Nov. 2016: this was very fast as I submitted scanned copies of transcript and degree certificates, paid international courier fee to have WES send verification letter to my school via courier. Had someone who assisted with the verification in less than 5 days of the school receiving it. Everything took about one month. IELTS: Jan 7th, collected result Jan 20. LSWR: 8.5, 7.5, 8,8. EE pool: Created two profile on 21 Jan. I claimed 3 years experience in one and two years in the other as I have only completed two years in my current place of work, however, I have one year experience from a different company. CRS scores: 474 and 449 respectively. ITA: received on both profile on 8 Feb 2017. However, I accepted the profile with 449 as it may be difficult getting reference from my former employer. I've been gathering all documents, and POF is basically the outstanding item. My sister will be transferring the money to me and I will appreciate if anyone can give me a sample gift deed. Thanks 10 Likes |

Taiwotron and everyone answering questions. God bless you. ITA and PPR choppers, congrat! Fellow learners and observers, it is well with our soul. We will get there and go beyond. Please, in crs calculator, can I claim two cert with NCE and Bsc? To those that claim NYSC experience, how did you go about it? Someone ask a question about ongoing study, what will happen if someone is rounding up or starting MSC study? Thank you for your responses |

[quote author=dupyshoo post=53562305]When I did mine, my younger brother was still in OAU then, so he went to Exams and Records to get it done for me and it cost me about N8-9k. However, I heard that recently, you have to go through ETX-NG to get the transcripts done. You can Pm Adiahabasi to get more info cos she recently got her transcripts from OAU. Hi Dupsyshoo. Please how long did it take to complete the evaluation process after you sent your documents. Kindly assist with response. Cheers |

happymumtobe:. Trying to post the link can't, most likely nairand anti spam @ work. Google UK police report. It's only required if you've lived in the UK for more than 6months at a stretch. Saw your pm, tried replying, kept bouncing back. |

On IRCC website, it is clearly stated that the POF should be in the applicant's name. That does not mean that spouse's bank statements were not accepted in some situations. It is however a grey area. I have read of a situation where divorce happened during the the processing of the application and the PA decided to remove the accompanying spouse from the application. What do you think will happen in such situation if the spouse's bank statement was used as POF? In addition, for those that are getting gifts (funds) from other sources, it is better to transfer the funds to the accompanying spouse account and then later to the PA's account. This will prevent the need for gift deeds as a simple LOE from the spouse will be adequate as there will be no need to submit the bank statement of the accompanying spouse. merrymum: 4 Likes |

I do not think it would be a problem. The option is there, so as long as you have proof to show that, you will not have any problem. It is a recognized form of union. toyinakande: |
