dear its not same thing, tvs is transvaginal scan while menstrual disorder might either be hormonal profile or ders one other one I saw it on a lab's list....he didn't give you letter of reference or something?

My dear, I think our health and hope for a BFP is worth more than anything else. You may choose to buy one at a time, the Serrapeptase is crucial though. I went all out because I wanted to attack the hydrosolsalpinx and asherman's syndrome with every weapon necessary. Instead of asking for gifts from DH now all I ask for is this supplement or that enzyme. It is well.
I recently made a list of medications for DH to buy from abroad, for the first time since this journey he said he felt my pain and knelt down to pray for me,asking God to heal me and give me children. He even told me to stop taking the meds that he was ready to pay for IVF..Honestly, I'm not happy with the way this thing has been draining us but what can one do? I only pray for a positive outcome after everything.

The cysts are not inside the uterus o if that's what can be reffered to as uterine cysts. They are outside.

Some lines from my pelvic scan says
' anteverted, non-gravid and empty uterus with regular uterine outline border.
No fibroid nodules identified. Both myometrium andendometrium are preserved and normal. The RT. adnexium is free unilaterally.
However, noted at the LT.adnexium is a moderately defined hypoechoic oval-shaped cystic density mass with mutiple septa division noted within measuring about 77×64mm in size. Feature is in line with left-sided cystic ovarian mass. Although there is sizeable fluid accumulation noted in the pouch of Douglas. Feature is consistent with PID.

Back 2 our mata; ur pelvic scan says its left ovarian cysts so why is d sonographer saying intramural & subserosal cysts again( me no understand).
I also conducted a pelvic scan today & small drama be happen..
Went 4 pelvic scan this morning & told d sonographer specially 2 check 4 irregularities cos am trying hard to conceive & wud love 2 ensure "downtown " is ok. D man did d scan & told me that all was well. Me aka "doubting Thomas "( am seriously believing am a descendant to Biblical Apostle Thomas ) no gree oh.
Na so l come lie to d man that something was breathing around that region that trado mama pinpointed; he still said he couldn't see any abnormaly. He then advised l should drink more water & walk around for Abt 30mins.
Na so l take finish one big Eva & even walked around for Abt l hr; then he redid d scan.
My Sis; Na so finally on d scan, a subserosal fibroid (22mmx25mm) was detected @ d anterior postion of d uterine wall.
Aha... @ last l said to myself , d sonographer tried to encourage me by saying d location of d fibroid shouldn't affect ttc cos it's located outside d uterus ( but l have read an article Abt fibrosis dat their presence makes d region dy r found harden ; thereby making them unreceptive to " implanting fertilised egg".
I was happy sha; cos "my science finally met traditional".

I have not heard of menstrual disorder test b4; R u sure d Dr didn't say U should conduct a TVS to in order 2 detect cause of menstrual disorder or something like that.

I throway salute for all the sabi mama in the house oh! How una dey? Its been a while covenant mothers! Our testimony is sure! Its our year of divine visitation and Evidence in Jesus unfailing name!
Please i need your URGENT HELP/ADVISE oh! Still battling with loss of menstration oh...God should have mercy on me. What again can i do? Is there a way my Hormonal assay can be done without AF?( At least i will know what to tackle.)cos av been battling with this stubborn thing which my God is bigger than. E no gree come out...
Took progesterone 2times...parlodel once (yes doc.prescribed parlodel cos the assay i did 2015 shows a slight increase in Prolactin) but along the line i'd taken a whole lot of medications...herbal..etc!!! Yesterday my gynae said i should go back to parlodel again. A friend just sent me Vitex from UK 1000mg and its quite diff.from the ones around here,i am thinking i should face it and be faithful with it.May be for 3month non stop (Just thinking) Though i took vitex sometime ago for like 1 month AF no show so i gave up. Reading diff.reviews now said u take vitex for 3 to 6 month to see full effect #sigh##
I am kinda worried if theres a way i can be tested to see my hormone profile without AF. At least lets know where to tackle from.

Please advice my people...I am not giving up and every time wasting spirit is destroyed over our lives and destiny in Jesus mighty name. Amen

@ MineMk has your doc tried to induce your period and carried out hormonal assay? Also from what have read the vitex is good just try it for 3months. Also check out Braggs apple cider vinegar and ceylon cinnamon.

Some of us are crying to see AF while others are crying when it comes. May God hear us. The God that gave Sarah Isaac when she has passed menopause will answer us speedily. Amen

according to uncle Google, it can and cannot affect conception. to be on a safer side, pls ask them for the best antibiotics to treat the uti and yeast. also was any test carried out to find out d cause of d 2 miscarriages

Hello my darling sisters, pls I had hsg done last month and now I am 1day late, yet to see AF. Had cramps on and off last week but they have since gone. My cycle is normally 26days but no signs of it, today being CD 28. Tested and it is a BFN. Pls is it normal for AF to be later after an HSG? When is the best time to do a home pregnancy test? there was a time I don't always see my period for months sometimes 3months sometimes 6 month. But this was what I used, took primolut n for 5days then period will show, so later I started taking m2tone, and Vitex. Then when I was diagnosed of pcos I was placed on glucofage metformin 500mg. So I took metformin m2tone and vitex religiously: I hope this helps tho and also I lost weigh due to the metformin.
