and you will get more than 50 agents in Lagos alone
then start visiting and checking their authenticity and price bargaining before making payment...
my link promised me that my visa will be out after 5 days and i made 80% payment which he in turn forwarded to his own link in u.a.e for submission and processing
its been almost 3 weeks now and the visa is not yet out ...after almost 2 weeks i paid and expecting my visa i learnt the agent in dubai did not apply for my visa because he was busy and just applied for it last week
we 've been messaging the dubai agent but no reply but my nija link kept assuring me to be patient
now imagine someone from this thread gave me the agent which promised me visa after 5 days after 3 weeks nothing then the person is in trouble for helping me because i will assume he and the agent are trying to scam me but because i personally verified my nija link and felt satisfied before making payment
am solely responsible for my action not looking for someone to blame though i know my visa will come out despite the delay but i know am orchestrating my destiny...
D.I.Y do it yourself and if you pay anybody on this thread then na OYO you dey o (CAVEAT EMPTOR) at your own risk...

Yes if you are applying for visa to US or Europe then you can use a dummy ticket.

1)Nebosh simply means National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health.It is a vocational certification on HSE from a UK origin.
2)UAE has almost all the recent certifications,it all depends on the pursuit of your career path.It is important to note that certifications here are very expensive besides,getting a job here isn't about the volumes of certification you bring although it could help,it's about the "ability to do" ,experience and then God.The rest you can manage.
Pls note,it is a land of opportunities, some start small and later become big,but be prepared to start first,no matter how small or how big.
