Hmm. I pray its implantation bleeding. I don't undastand too. For me pregnacare, m2tone, clomid (letrozole's brother) delays my cycle. It does not bring it on earlier. Diff bodies respond differently though. I really hope its a good sign. Is it still flowing?

Nne'm ooo, this one is not spotting oo. Its full blown period. I am still on it. I have used almost 2 packs of pad. Becos of the keto diet I am on, my meals are basically vegetables. I don't know if that is the cause of the change in cycle.
Let me just watch this cycle as it unfolds. Finally, God win.

I have been following this thread silently, basically off and on. Its really great to know that other people are doing something and are getting results. Other than a recurring case of candida, my tests have come back fine. Tubes are clear and my hormonal tests were good. DH's sperm results are great as well (count, motility and structural assay came back fine). I had made up my mind to do an IUI this month until i saw a fertility doctor last month who placed me on letrozole for the next three cycles. I have never had any issue with ovulation, i use the cleablue OPK. I temp my BBT but i have never gotten a hang of doing that repeatedly. So the doctor says with the letrozole, i will produce more eggs and increase the chances of conception. I used it for the last 7-8 days of my last cycle as i met with the doctor on the 7th day and didnt want to wait till next cycle. Anyway, i had been feeling nauseated and tired since last week and was really starting to get fired up until AF showed this evening. I had to leave work cos i was sad. But i am a christian and i have encouraged myself in God. I am hopeful that this has come to an end already. I hope this encourages someone too. Baby dust to all.

Happy Valentine's day @curvilicious and other mamas in the house.
I have a little ish I would love our sabi mamas to help me reason.
I have a clock work period of 25-26 days cycle. Unfortunately, AF showed face yesterday, being cd18. It is still flowing even as I type.
The only new thing I did, was that i started a ketogenic diet, which I started 5 days ago, to reduce weight. I also took letrozole during the last cycle, and had been on pregnacare conception.
As much as I don't want to get worried, I can't seem to understand this AF at cd18.
Pls any thoughts or ideas?

I don't really think its implantation bleeding, cos this is the 3rd day since the bleeding started, yet it has not ceased. And its heavy.
I just tire.

Its d keto diet. Your body is already reseting. I have seen someone DT entered menopause over 9 years ago start mensuration on keto diet.

I started keto again on Sunday. I had to cos my weight is getting out of hand. Hubby is already complaining, I dont even have a choice than to reduce cos cost of buying new cloths is out of reach.

I lost abt 20kg with keto early 2016 . it was in less than 3 months. I had to stop cos ppl were complaining I was getting to slim for my build. I had to stop. I may not lose as fast as last time cos am taking it easy now. Lots of vegetable, also no bpc, green tea or coffee as their are lots of disagreement on effect of green tea or coffee on TTC.

Also, hubby is not in support of the diet.

I know of asherman's syndrome being the likely culprit not blocked tubes. But the ijaw woman that I met yrs ago said sth abt closed cervix causing that.

What treatment options are available for this Asherman's syndrome and can it cause infertility?

Infection can cause both.

My issue started when I was I 300l uni. I had a bad PID, and since then my period started reducing/fluctuating and then reduced to almost nothing. I am sure that was when my tube blocked too.

So, i assume (as I no be doctor) if the blocked tubes is caused by infection, it may also cause reduced flow. Dr later corroborated this.
