It was an error not to have put in place a strong team to run the party after we lost the Presidential elections in 2015.

It was an error for 12 state governors to assume they were the wisest and only leaders of the party after we lost the central government.

It was an error for governors to assume that because Senator Ali Modu Sheriff was a rich man with lots of money and 5 jets, he was the only qualified aspirant for the post of national chairman of the party.

It was an error to have drafted him and imposed him on the party as the national chairman.

It was an error haven installed him, to try and disgracefully remove him at a national convention just because the vice presidential ambitions of some of the “leaders’ suddenly appeared to be a failed project.

It was an error to believe that only court judgement could resolve the self inflicted party crisis.

It was a grand error to hang the destiny of a previously largest party in Africa on the legal disposition of three judges rather than a collectively and painstakingly evolved political solution.

It was an error for either side to have assumed that the judgement will be in their favour and that they can conveniently discard the loser as a political filthy rag.

Certainly it is a monumental tragedy that this is where we find ourselves. But most assuredly, the fault, my dear friends is not in the gods or the powers that be.

The fault is pointedly in us that even though we are politicians we prefer to law jam rather than jaw-jaw.

It is the greed of Nigerian Politicians that has stagnated this Country for so long. A potentially great Nation like ours has been reduced to a crawling giant that has become an object of ridicule in the comity of Nations......quite tragic!

For how long will these people keep testing our collective resolve?

I cringe in disgust...

irrespective of party lines, we are all Nigerians. Does the current level of hardship in Nigeria not bother you at all?

Must it always be about 'wailers' or 'zombies' as you guys have made it seem?

We are all collectively responsible for the rot in this country. And until we join forces to demand for what is right, the political class will keep using party, ethnicity and religion to divide and conquer us...

Peace...

Morning boss

I have always known you as a patriot

Who is a patriot to you?
You guys keep bringing in big words to hide ur intentions. Now to you, a patriot means a nigerian that is not a member of the PDP nor support the growth of a duly registered political party.
Everything is just turned upside down in this country, and the purveyors are not ashamed of themselves. Mind you, the SC is the final arbiter on this issue, so save ur bigotry for when its worth it.

You are crying b'cos of your party crisis but you can't cry for the sufferings of poor Nigerians. Typical mentality of all politicians in Nigeria. The worst error was committed by APC and Nigerians that voted for an unrepentant dictator who have not invested in any meaningful thing since he was born. An old man who deceived his deluded followers that he borrowed money from the Bank to purchase his presidential form because he is poor even when his children were schooling in Europe. Everything he promised to do was fake. You can imagine how tax payers money are been wasted in London hospital.

IF YOU ARE OLD AND YOU WANT YOUR DYING SOUL TO BE TAKEN CARE OF, PLS BECOME A POLITICIAN IN NIGERIA.

Funds recovered:

Alagba Yakubu - $10m
Dizzy Baby- $153.3m
Dame P - $5m
Total -$168m equivalent to about N600billion
Exchange rate of N350 to $1

Osun State 2017 budget- N138.2bn
Ebonyi State 2017 budget- N127.3bn
Ekiti State 2017 budget- N93.46bn
Taraba State 2017 budget- N110bn
Edo State 2017 budget- N150bn

Total budget for 2017 fiscal year for 5 selected States - N619bn

Money recovered from 3 individuals alone can fund budgets of 5 States and we are busy thinking in rational.

Put sentiment aside and think rationally. With all this where do we found our self in future.

Let me attempt to define it- Patriotism is being stubbornly loyal to a sick old man whose body language odour has brought recession upon his country.

With all these PAPER stories of recoveries without any court process leading to conviction, even in Britain why are we we still presently in a recession
Answer- the corruption fighters are seriously doing WORSE than those whom they replaced through propaganda and lies.

Abi how much is the salary of a governor?
What taxes has Sheriff paid to reflect business activities and income to warrant such stupendous wealth?
Is it because he is a protected specie of the Association of ProgreTHIEF Criminals, APC?
