You can open a dispute.. Normally they add free tp and casing. But I still had to order my preferred choice of both. How did they package the tp?

I think not all post office collect money for picking up parcels.
I used to collect my items free of charge, even in Abuja too. They even deliver it to me.
It's just that sometimes I don't have the patience to wait for them to bring it so I go there to collect it even before the thing lands

no tp. protector was inside one flimsy cardboard. not pack o. folded cardboard
