At least Bassey doesn't push her away like Ebuka did to Fran. Ebuka doesn't eat in the same plate with her, never had intimate conversations till early hours of the morning. Actions like that can can be read wrongly by a naive girl that is already developing feelings. I wish they can avoid each other for one day at least.

Francisca was worse than Debie-Rise IMO. She kept shamelessly throwing herself at Ebuka even though he made it clear to her that he's not interested. She would go weeping in the diary room on how much she was in love with Ebuka and how she wished they can be together. The lust became obsession at some point. When Ebuka was up, she was the one campaigning and begging for votes on his behalf while Ebuka went around without a care in the world.
