Once your flight arrives Dubai before the 2nd of April you're good. The 2nd of April is the visa validity date, which means if you don't enter the UAE before that date then you can't use the visa again. However, if you enter UAE before 2nd of April then your 2 weeks will start counting the day they stamped you into the country.

It is a bit dicey because,the company isn't meant to refer you to a travel agency,it is the company's sole responsibility to get you on board,how they choose to do it,is none of ur biz.I smell a rat,but let the gurus use their elders eyes to scrutinize this.Just be careful.

I tink it is to google the company ,get their email address from their site including the HR details and then send them a mail with employment letters for confirmation
