Was it stretchy? Like 4 cm

Another way to monitor if u are ovulating is tracking with a trans vaginal scan.if u can't track this cycle,make love like 3 times a week. Remember drugs don't do magic, consistency is the key . success

I stopped vitex abt 2weeks now nd ever since then I've not been myself. I can't sleep, eat properly, eyes are always heavy, headache, waste pain etc

Wow! Wow! Wow!....I can't believe this,not until u mentioned it, I have been having this same symptom but can seem to pinpoint where d problem is coming from.


I also stopped taking vitex for over 2 weeks now and am going thru dis same thing without d waist pain though. Abi vitex get side effect . Its not funny at all

I'm not sure if ovaboost causes ovulation. I have pcos as well and was having 80days cycle without ovulation of course, but now I am down and regular with 32days cycle and ovulating monthly.
The only indication/confirmation of ovulation is tracking your the egg (if necessary), using ovulation predictor kit to track lh surge (the hormone that causes ovulation).

What brand of vitex did you use? I suspect it could be synthetic and not the all natural vitex . did you stop taking it all of a sudden? Or did u wean yourself off it gradually? It's always better to wean off it gradually, that way you don't have withdrawal issues. It will get better with time.

Just go back to it and try to withdraw gradually.

Either you go local or English, not advisable using traditional med and English at same time.
Try vitamin C 1000mg and vitamin E 1000iu daily, it helps with motility, not sure about count, I'm sure other mamas here will help.

i'm not so sure about this, i had a Dr who used to administer both trado and engliish toDH and i in our first year of TTC. my quarell with him was that he was never interested in explaining stuffs to me and curiosity no gri me just dey take drugs/ tests without knowing what they were for or interpretation of the tests. Funny enough, i have people that swear by the man's combo of trado and english helped them. i got my first official BFP like two months after stopping wiv him.

so i guess its not so much about mixing trado and english, its about ensuring that the trado and english do not have the same function. eg, d trado might be to correct irregular period while the english will be for ovulation.

Some take 15k for each of the first two and 3k for pelvic scan.

Pls how is hormonal profile sample collected? I read online about saliva collection for it. Is that how its collected here? Is blood sample or opening of leg involved in this one?
