Seriously though, what aren't we trying to sell to the Pakistanis?
A-Darter to their Air Force;
Umkhonto to their Navy;
T5 to their Army.
Anything I left out?
I think Denel will supply them air munitions soon.

We were unable to complete development of systems offered to them like the T-Darter BVRAAM.

Just like Raptor III Denel dynamics displayed during AAD in 2012. If SAAF can fund the development PAF will likely acquire as an upgrade.

Most of the stuff Denel sells is acquired by the SANDF or highly funded.

unless you are here just to view pictures and not bothered about the informations you read(true or false), there's nothing wrong with a little argument and responding to what you percieve to be false. that's the essense of this thread. to educate.

you're wrong to take sides sir. just enjoy the arguments and sieve out what suits you.

his way of responding with insults is off though.

Your comment came from the deepest parts of your bowels...nowhere else.

"Nice to see that the SAAF brought out jets for him, this should give the SAAF a much needed flying time."

Only in the most vivid parts of your imagination would the SAAF ever be used for the arrival of any Nigerian. Don't think your president would even be allowed such, let alone your CNS. Kindly post 2017 SAAF flying hours per squadron....so we can all see for ourselves how "much needed" it is.

well, for the sake of being logical(regardless of patriotic defense of a countrymangrin).

he didn't start the first argument you intervened in and had to respond to the way @henry falsely interpreted the channels video.
only problem is @frumentius needs to tone down the insults when reponding to wrong perceptions.

and before some fool will misunderstand my stance, i've become acustomed to this thread that i've lost appetite for the US vs THEM sentiment some people still have. which means telling a Nigerian when he's wrong. nothing wrong with thatgrin.

You seem to have an advanced degree in kissing South-African arse. undecided undecided

Anyway, as it suits you.

There is nothing false in my comment. All I stated are the facts in the news report. If you have any problems with that, take it up with Channelstv and the South-African navy chief.

Of course when someone says something foolish, it should just be left alone.
I disagree however, when it comes to knowingly spreading falsehoods. Those should be tackled, lest some take them for truths.

You don't agree with the truth, doesn't make it false. The main take away from the meeting for your Navy chief is budget. grin grin grin

The Nigerian navy chief, had maritime security in Africa, not just Nigeria as his focal point. This is the main area of discussion. Even the US navy is complaining about budgetary issues.

You can disagree all you want, but one person was prepared for a meeting, the other was not.

Yes. There's an air photography course which used to be standalone, with a brevet, but has now been subsumed into another course - the flight engineer qualification if I'm not mistaken.

They are properly taken photographs. I initially felt they were private photos from the likes of Dean and Mistral.

It obvious someone who has taken photography lessons took them.

These two particularly capture the attack helicopter in photo from previously unseen angles.

This one is also very nice. Military photography is an art form, it seems to improve when a subject country has a vibrant defence industry. That's my view anyway.
