why does it take so long like 5 to 6hrs for my itel 1506 to charge to its full capacity? In just 5 mins of usage after charging to its full capacity the battery power drops drastically to about 75%. Battery can't even last for more than a year. Anyway, I've experimented itel phone, since I cant even enjoy it for a year, I've since registered my strong dislike for it.

I heard that the upcoming Itel 1516. isn't going to be an HD screen (1280*720) but rather a low res screen (820*480)

itelMobileNG, please tell me what I heard is not true.
Check the unboxing of the http://www.phonecorridor.com/2017/01/itel-s31-android-smartphone-price-india/ and it has HD resolution

Immediately the phone developed this problem, I sensed it should be the charger, so I got another charger, high quality one for that matter (adaptor + USB) thinking my itel will come to 'full life' still the problem persisted. For the receipt of my phone, Its missing o, can't lay my hands on it.
Thanks Carl care Sophia for your suggestions but I've long lost interest in itel phones!

Hello. I just bought itel 1513. I've been unable to receive SMS since I bought it. I took it back to 3C Hub where I bought it and it was replaced. I was able to receive SMS for 2 days after that. But the problem started again and I haven't been able to receive any SMS since then. I've checked the settings and they r OK. Pls help me. I'm in Enugu.
