I dont think so because there are cases people get denied after medicals this cud b as a result of any flaw from the medical result or any deficiency discovered from applicants documentation later on, however if an applicant is sent medical mail it shows a high likelihood of approval all things being equal.
Do your medical & pray for a positive outcome.

No bro ur tort isn't rite, I 've said it here more den 3times after call for med, wen u 've a refusal med is not d reason becos if u 've medical complication ( any illness ) u will be contacted by d clinic. Dey we work wit ur take, so refusal after med from my observations are cause by d rite documents put at d wrong time with out explaining reason of dat document, so d documents on it own will raise anoda issue again at d final decision reviews as to y is it dere, so it is alway gud to pray for God's grace and not grades.

Hello, the gurus in the house made it clear that age does not really affect your application. But for you to get a quick response, you must provide us with your undergraduate details, intended course of study at university of regina and your cgpa at UG level.

Regards.

Undergraduate is sociology and am goin for human relation/social work for pgd and my undergraduate cgpa is 3.47

Hello guys,
After applying to MUN since in November last year I got a response today. Very sad right now! Here's the mail...

Your application was reviewed by our admissions committee for September 2017. Unfortunately we were unable to assign a supervisor. Therefore, your application has been closed.

Moya Crocker

Academic Program Administrator

Office of the Associate Dean (Graduate)

Faculty of Engineering & Applied Science

Memorial University of Newfoundland

Please who can assist me with the best university to apply to for M.Sc in Electrical engineering? I had a cgpa of 3.84 and a TOEFL score of 81.

I wont be happy if I don't resume school this fall. I also applied to the University of Waterloo but I'm a bit skeptical since I didn't also get a supervisor before applying. What can I do to boost my chance of being admitted there?

Please I need your kind suggestions and advise

CHECK UNIVERSITY OF WINDSOR, I think application for FALL start is still open. you may apply for MEng in Electrical Engineering there to avoid another stress of securing supervisor and when you get your visa and go to that school. you can switch to M.sc if that is your priority.

I can relate with you and your current feeling very well.

My kind suggestions and advises:

1: Sorry. When the requirements says one should get a supervisor, I won't apply if I don't have, except the application is free. Why? Acceptance is barely 10% sure, with no supervisor, when it is needed. So, please get a supervisor next time, before applying, if needed.

2: only you can by searching all universities in Canada that offer your course. Google search universitystudy website for help. I will only advise you stay away from highly ranked schools because of your GPA.

3: Don't worry, be happy. In this race, few are blessed to get it right at first trial, but many got it after years of multiple trials. I know you wish to leave 9ja very soon but relax and be persistence.

4: once again, don't expect much from them cos Waterloo engineering programs are highly ranked. Your low GPA and inability to secure a supervisor might work against you, I am not sure though. My advise is that you send well drafted email to their faculty members who has similar interest with yours, telling them that you have applied and will like them to supervise you.

All in all. Just relax, strategize and re-strategize, while you keep keep the fire burning more than before.

I pray you are favoured. Shalom! cool

Hello Everyone,

I have being following this thread for some time and I must confess it's highly informative.

I applied for a Canadian study visa last year august and was refused.I applied for my gcms notes and i have reapplied again on the 6th of feburary. But i am yet to hear from the embassy.I included the medical i did last time in my application.

I have linked my paper app to an online acct but the medical is showing you do not need a medical.I am worried becuase it 8 weeks since i applied and i was expecting to see medicals passed.

Is their anyone experiencing same too

Anticipating replies.
They will still review and update your medical information. Relax and expect that soon.

By the way, if the previous medical info was updated in the first application to 'passed' before the refusal, do NOT expect any other update on the medical you submitted with the reapplication. Only a final decision will be made in the new application.

Truth be told, your GPA is too low + I assume you have no published paper(s) in reputable journal(s). It will be hard to get PhD admission with such profile. Not in this brother Trump regime that competition for canny school will likely get higher and tougher.

Go read on the link I posted earlier.
Based on prevailing score, I assumed your wife have at least a bachelor's degree and you both ace your English test, you will meet the requirements for Express Entry to get permanent residency. All the best.

@ Osemigho and all

Is like there some changes to federal skills work scheme,i checked www.cic.cg.ca toget information express entry, as you have discussed about Express Entry.
I like the scheme. pls advise the thread you asked me to read am reading it but does it relevant to the changes i said.

once again o told you dont people in canada because is like is point,
i did not study in canada is like is point,
how does province nominate people for job is point tooo
Though i have good work experience 6 years in NOC A
please advise i beg

You can go ahead and link it and if it doesn't work, you should keep trying until you are able to link it. If you successfully link it, you will get a notification from CIC to login your account to see updates. You should keep checking your account for medical request too. If you are unable to link your application, you will receive an email from CIC containing your medical form and passport data page to carry out your medical.

Hello House,

I want to apply for Canadian study permit via Online - route. Now I want to know if Police certificate is compulsory considering the fact that I just came back from India 2 weeks ago. Every other document is ready apart from the Police Certificate which I can't get now. Kindly advise, once again application is online route.
