Tritri: ...and you want to be a buyer of a stock that dropped more than 50% of its price value? Don't you think there may be problem with the company, economy or specifically in this case, crude oil selling below $30 for such drop to occur? Don't you think what caused it to drop 50% can also drop it further to 90% or more? Also, for such price drop to occur, the company must have laid off more than 50% of its workforce... and come to think of it, if many companies in Nigeria experience 50% drop in their value, what do you think we have in our hands? We can make good gains in financial markets, especially in stocks, when companies are going from strength to strength and their price values increasing and not the other way round... Not that company's stock value cannot drop, but let it be the mgt ineptitude and not our selfish wishing for "better" entry... 3 Likes |

DeRuggedProf: The FUND i invested in TRANSCORP is part of the SEED-MONEY i got from my TREASURY BILLS investment and not my PRINCIPAL. TIME will come when i will sell it above N4:00k which will definitely happen before 2020. So follow your instincts and don't cry for ARGENTINA. *ThE OcToPuS* |

Pls someone assist me...I sent an online dividend payment form via postal, to "Cardinal Stone" for fcmb dividend, more than a month now. I've been mailing them with registrars@cardinalstone.com, at least, to sent some mail to me, so that I'll be sure that they've gotten my form. But till now I've not received any mail, and their phone line is machined. Unfortunately I live in the southeast, i would have gone to their office. What next do I do pls? |
