Yeah, she needs to be cautioned but appearing in court is a step too far in my opinion 1 corth 6:1-3. She has made so much noise she lacks credibility.
a woman that her father had to apologise to Adeboye. If a child refuses to listen to his/her parents, what other actions should be taken?

Rearrested by who and for what offence again? I just hope that not by order from the same man and for the same offence. Because the news of the latest arrest clearly silent on that aspect.
Re: Kemi Olunloyo Re-arrested, Pastor Ibiyeomie To Appear As Witness In Court by mickeymimi: 2:10pm On Mar 31, 2017
I believe the pastor can have a one to one discussion with her , talk to her about the issue and correct her if possible .. invite her her to church to be ministered to.

Kemi is perceived as someone unstable or with mental health issues and always believe she is fine.

She seems to me as someone with no friends and sees the social media as a way of communicating with people or getting attention.
She has spoken against her own father , talked about her own son possessing a gun , all sorts. They are so many people like her out there , that needs to be counselled , showed love and delivered.
Locking her up wont change anything , she will come out and do the same thing again. It,s all happening in her head and thinks she is a journalist . She has no sound mind.

People like her are not worth punishing . She has lot of issues with herself and everybody. She needs help.

who and Where does she gets her information from?? People might be using her and giving her information knowing she will spill it out to the public.

Not worth fighting with .. If Pastor is truly honest and nothing to hide .... He can pray, counsel her and bring her close to God, assign people to visit talk and pray with her . He should not see her as a challenge but an opportunity to win her to Christ and change her life.

God is able and can touch her.

By all truth, this Ibiyemi is not a man representing Jesus Christ. Pastor Ibiyemi is a peddler and an alleged criminal who should be investigated. He has ripped this woman of her constitutional right by influencing the authority. I will not stupidly follow such a man of the cud knowing full well what the Bible says about antichrists and workers of iniquity abounding in the last days.
Our constitution gave us right to free speech. There is nothing wrong with speaking out on social issues. Many newspapers have reported scandals concerning TB Joshua, Chris Oyakhilome etc and none of them has fought back. This pastor supposedly has so much under his carpet and that is why he is on the offensive. You cannot shut the masses from expression their viewpoints. So much was said about Patience Jonathan and Goodluck. If they were to go after everyone who spoke negatively about them, many would have rot in the prisons.
This man is not God for crying out loud. How could a man who preaches the message in the Bible and indoctrinates Christianity push for one to be arrested and re-arrested after a bail? This is absolutely not Christ-like and should be shunned by Christians.
Enough of this impunity! Even when Abacha died we could not say it with our own mouths even after it was broadcast on BBC. What is this? What sort of country is this? It will not go on forever, the poor also have thoughts and they need to be expressed.

you are simply unintelligent. A pastor like everyother person is a citizen and should enjoy the rights every citizen of a country enjoys. Does your responsibility stop you from being a citizen? Answer that. A pastor is not a house boy neither is he supposed to live like one without rights. A pastor should not suffer humiliation because he is a pastor. He is human and has human rights!

Wrong!!! a pastor is someone who minister in a church or someone who preach the gospel. He also ask the responsibilities of a pastor which is to preach the gospel and set good example for others to follow, now going by that logic if am to follow pastor ibiyeomie, if anyone throw me a stone i should throw them a rock back simply because am a human being and a pastor too? peter, steven, jesus and co. were they not human? I totally disagreed with you.

A pastor is a called out one, if you know what that means. one who emulates Christ and his teachings and moreso who have rejected the world and all its glory. finally he is one who leads people to God whose original purpose is to lead them to God.

They hypocrisy in the whole episode is that the same people hailing the re-arrest of Kemi Olunloyo after being granted bail by the courts were the same people that condemned the re-arrest of Dasuki and Kanu after being granted bail.

There are laws in Nigeria and people must not be allowed to trample on other people's right just because they want to make money from their blogs.

Bloggers like Kemi Olunloyo and Omoyele Sowore have fed fat by telling lies and tarnished other people's images and this has to stop. You can't just cook up sensational lies on someone just to make profits from spreading lies.

You must have evidence on whatever you write about or be ready to face the music.

A pastor will not lead you to God. A pastor is called out as one. We are all to emulate christ and we are all to follow his steps. Jesus was not exempted from his right as a citizen that was why he had to face pilate, he didn't refuse arrested. The one that found him not guilty said so and washed his hands. So it is, a pastor has rights. He can sue and can be sued.

WWJD? What would Jesus do?
I'm not so sure Jesus will go down the route of this pastor. Like someone opined there, Kemi is certainly of unsound mind. Her dad, pastor adeboye, kosoko, Olamide, obj have all been victims of her allegations. A person who can call her dad a ritualist, pervert, e.t.c. She's unstable. this man could have at least prayed for her or make a divine pronouncement about her case, calling on God to vindicate him. But his actions here portrays him as vindictive and authoritative. What would Jesus do?
I've even trolled this woman on fb..she has blocked and unblocked me countless times.

what gospel are you saying? A pastor did not throw any rock, He only exercised his right as a citizen. If someone defames you, you have the right to sue him. So how is taking one to court throwing a rock. Simple, the lady should apologise and she will be allowed to go and sin no more. Someone has got to call Kemi to order and that's what the pastor is doing in a civil way. What's wrong with that?

how do we know what Jesus would do? When Jesus met people selling in the temple, what did he do? We should not be quick to conclude or judge! The pastor has only exercised his right. If what Kemi has done is wrong, what's wrong in being punished?

While not holding brief for kemi is libel now a criminal matter that the police must prosecute despite the numerous criminal cases piling up with both the police and DPP. What section in the Constitution, police act and amended administration of criminal act list libel for as criminal act and gives it stern bail terms. What is criminal about libel that it warrants trial by a federal high court not even state. This is just an abuse of Court process otherwise why was she charged to a magistrate court when they still intention of trying her in a high court.
Come to think of it Nigeria police that Will ask for mobilisation for just routine complaints will now mobilise all the way from PH to Ibadan for just simple libel case. Some one at top is really pulling strings.
But whether they like it or not she will still be given bail
Only they achieved is ridiculing and punishing her. That am sure has always been intention.
Forget the some screen trial it will not lead anywhere.
They can't convict on these charges.
