The question format for the OPQ is different. Three options of equally good personality traits and you have to arrange them in order of most like you and least like you. Truth is, there's not really one correct order. I think the key is consistency and emphasis on the PWC core values.
true talk.... Thats the principle. The OPQ is very similar to Mckinsey's

Heads up
There are 3 ways in which the OPT can be tested
1. Normalative : which av this option (MD, D, U, A, MA) M=Mostly, D=Disagree, U=Unsure, A=Agree
2. Ipsative: has 3 statement in wch u r expected to choose only two statements (with either most likely or less likely)
3. Both Normalative and Ipsative : I pray u don't fall into this category, it's really time wasting and confusing.

Before, I wrote the real test I did some practice test on the site, and guess what it was the 3rd option (both Normalative and Ipsative)

But, my real test was ipsative the second option

So, please don't be thrown off guard, be prepared for all
And lastly, I wasn't give an example practice test, before my real test, maybe it's because I have done some practice tests before, on there website.

I wonder how they knew, cos I used a different name and a different email address, wen doing the test, or maybe it because I used the same laptop. Hmmm!!!

Once again, see you at the interview

Do you mean your test is now different from others because you took the practise test? My point is everyone regardless of whatever you practise will get thesame OPQ test for PWC exam. Also, from my research the test is ipsalative and not normalative. An OPQ test where you are told to pick a forced choice from range of attributes is an ipsalative form developed after the existence of the normalative personality test where you will be told to Agree or Disagree to an extent and have seen cases where both are combined.

Gaskiya. The practice test didn't help issues at all. That OPQ is probably the most controversial decisions ever. You can't even tell if you perform well at all.

And so I got thinking, is it not possible that instead of fitting with the company culture (which is not so clearly discernible from the OPQ test) that the test is to know if you would love or fit the ASSURANCE job? Because in assurance, allow me to limit it to Auditing for now, there are basic qualities an auditor should have like ASSERTIVENESS, CAPABLE OF INDEPENDENT THOUGHT, WORK WELL WITH NUMBERS, etc. And sincerely I feel the test was closer to trying to discern that than fitting with the company culture. Because if you carry your EXCELLENCE, LEADERSHIP, and TEAMWORK do that test, you'll soon realise there's something just not fitting... Just saying though... Make result show first. God abeg o

I am very optimistic about the test this time.

I encountered a very tricky question though. It appeared like 15 times or so cheesy cheesy
'I change my behaviour to fit in to different situations' something like this.
Looking at PWC core values, Agility is one which requires one to be sensitive, adaptable, flexible, alert to change, move quickly and be decisive. But i feel agreeing to this might contradict the integrity/accountability values. In my own opinion, i think your yes must be yes and your nay be nay. So changing your behaviour whenever the situation changes is a no for me.

I am being honest with my answers here. But just like every other tests, personality tests can be beaten. So what is the point if a very good faker can fake his choices and scale through. I would say the Personality test is not a good measure of Candidates' suitability for a particular role. I would prefer a one on one interview, Assessment Centre etc to this poor and faulty assessment procedure.

Anyways, i look forward to the next stage.
