Surgery? No. My bro had this and was treated with Herbal medicine provided by local herbs seller. Some herbs were mixed for him, and was asked to boil it. The very hot water gotten from the herb was put in a small bucket and he was asked to be sitting on it. The smoke emitting goes directly to his anus. It painful but after let's say one week of doing that, the thing went back inside. He was also given a black peppering soap to rub the surface after sitting on the hot water. You are absolutely right to be afraid. At your age 26 I would not advise surgery for piles unless everything else fails. Piles or haemorrhoids is functional defect which creates an anatomical problem. Cutting out those bags of strangulated veins will give some relief but as it is a functional problem and you are only 26 years old It is bound to recur. You cannot be having surgery anytime painful distended veins appear at your rear end. In summary the cure for pile is functional. It is not herbal , it is not drugs and certainly is NOT surgery. 4. Don't sit down for two long upto 3 or 4 hours driving , or in class, or sewing or other similar trades without getting up to move about.

If you take note of these 4 habits and make them part of your normal life , you will say good bye to haemorrhoids and a number of other functional situations or habits that become illness when left unchecked. I repeat, NO need for surgery.

This is the direction i am leanimg towards.
I eat lots of vegetables nowadays and drink lots of water too. I am preventing mine from getting any worse. The thought of surgery scares the shit out of me.lol.

sir, epidemiologically speaking, hemorrhoid is no respecter of any body or age. it all depends on the persons diet and bowel habit. and concerning liver or kidney.disease, there is no relationship. There is no point spreading "false" fears at this point.
op, go for ur surgery and get.well. the biggest fear is anal stenosis and temporary urinary retention but im sure your doctor would find a way.around that.

is not the best option to operate pill, cause it will afect ur strength as a man.there are local harbs for it,then you yourself have to change ur diet or life style.
