We used to read Nairaland together and giggle at people's comment while in each other's arms. I loved her more than I can explain, next thing I know someone has come for introductions and she was planning her wedding. I tried all I could to make her see why she shouldnt do that to us, I wanted her to be my wife, we had plans, I had inroduced her to my family...but before I could say Jack, she was gone and she shattered my world. I cried for months, I couldnt sleep nor eat properly, I lost so much weight. I'm very willing to remain friends with an ex in the sense that there will be no animosity, no bad blood. However, I won't be chit chatting with an ex like a bosom friend. I don't want any unforseen thing creeping in Unless I'm still opened to a rekindled fire.

Well making them friends may not be totally bad, but it should be done carefully. I REALLY CAN'T FOR MY SAFETY.
A gf/bf turned an ex because we discovered something wrong in keeping them (making our relationships with them a mistake). We then should be careful to avoid a reoccurence of the mistakes; if it goes beyond normal friends.
