Or DSS just arraigned someone in court without providing enough evidence.

The DSS under Daura has now turned to be as useless as it was under GEJ.
For a judge to be bold enough in this era of much trumpeted anticorruption fight to dismiss all 18counts,no matter under whatever circumstances d judge gave the verdict,shows d kind of shoddy work they did.
The defence was not even allowed to start it's defence. Under EFCC's magu,this kind of monumental embarassment has not occurred,the best d defence will get is after a full trial,a judge gives a light sentence or finds d defendant not guilty in some charges.No judge has DISCHARGED and ACQUITTED a defendant in any case brought by Magu's EFCC,far as I can recall.
EFCC was even said to be secretly and painstakingly investigating and building up evidence against these judges before Daura jumped d gun,trying to stop EFCC taking d glory for it,all in his selfish and corruption backed plan to scuttle d ecomiums Magu was getting. Now see where his rubbish has cost the state.

As far fetched and as conspiratory as it may sound,I cannot in all honesty dismiss d notion that Ademola's case was deliberately made useless by d state,in order to stop d bad perception it wud av had that a judge given a subtle bribe by a lawyer engaged by PMB in a separate matter before d judge was found guilty of criminality.
So free d judge,no matter how bad it wud make d anti corruption fight,and stop any wide theories or insinuations btw d N500k he was given as 'gift' and PMB's case.

The non performance of Governor Mmaduabuchi Willy Obiano leaves much to desire considering how he rode easily to power with little or no efforts.The Aguleri born former banker has failed to deliver in critical Infrastucture by following the template of his serious minded predecessor in office.Under Governor Obiano watch in Anambra,governance is at a pedestrian level.

Ndi Anambra have never had it so bad since the return of democracy in 1999.Governor Willy Obiano lackluster performance in office is only similar to another epic failure and a former governor Dr Chinwoke Mbadinuju who is notoriously known for his refusal to pay teachers salaries for years.We all can attest to the fact that the blood of those pensioners that died while waiting endlessly for their pensions is already speaking in the life of Dr Mbadinuju as he had remains the most irrelevant governor in the history of our dear state.

The good people of the industrial city of Nnewi who trooped out with joy and enthuasiasm to vote Governor Obiano into office as the Executive Governor of Anambra State are daily regretting their massive support for the Governor as he has refused to site or initiate any reasonable or visible project or quality road in the industrial city.To Anaedo people of Nnewi,Obiano is an unprecedented flop.

Speaking with a resident of Nnewi,Ifeanyi Igwilo he called out the governor for abandoning Nnewi Shopping Mall that was initiated by Former Governor Peter Obi despite the promises he made to complete the project and deliver to the people of Nnewi.Another respondent Jude Okeke lamented that despite Nnewi's strategic importance as the home town of indefatigable Igbo Leader of all time Late Dim Odumegwu Ojukwu and Nnewi's economic importance,Obiano has failed to live up to expectations and lift the city better than he met it,at least honour the memory of the late Ex Biafran warlord.

The narrative about Governor Willie Obiano non performance transverse the length and breath of the state. Shockingly Governor Obiano's kinsmen in Aguleri,Umueri etc also claimed that they have neither seen any critical intervention in both physical infrastructure of the area nor their stomach infrastructure to say the least.The Governor is known across the country as one of the best party organizers and more popular for his love for the green bottles and specially ordered wine.Severally IPOB,MASSOB and other agitators have lampooned the governor for looking the other way while innocent protestors are killed or molested by the very people meant to protect them.Nkpor killings are still fresh in our minds,this only confirms Governor Obiano ineptitude.

Recently the Governor organized a shameful rally in Awka to demonstrate support for the President,to the shock of the Governor and the organizers of the show of shame in Awka,the rally flopped hopelessly and Governor Obiano left alone to lick his wound.Supporters of the Governor are quick to mention the payment of civil servants salaries as one of the "achievements" of the governor,however critics of the Governor are quick to respond that Former Governor Peter Obi saved enough for the rainy days and therefore made the payment of salaries alot easier.His supporters are also quick to point to the construction of overhead bridge in Awka,little do they know that structural engineers have called for enquiry into the integrity of the structures to avoid any major disaster.

Finally it is an open secret in seat of power in Awka that the Governor is not in total control of the structures of government,as the kitchen cabinet led by the wife of the Governor have successfully hijacked power and made the Governor redundant and a "siddon look" who is more interested in staying put in Lagos than his place of primary assignment.Ndi Anambra must rise in unison to reject the second term bid of Governor Maduabuchi Willie Obiano for posting a disgraceful performance.
