berrystunn: How much have they invested and where is the awarded contract and construction and in fact, who is the contractor. Do you even know the meaning of MOU? Mou is just talking hence nothing to show for all his meaningless MOU over the years. Serious people award contracts with money on the table and not MOU that goes nowhere day after day and year after year. Can you show us 1 of his dozens of MOU that's now real project or commissioned project? No you can not. |
