Am just soo scared applying i had 3rd class in my bsc degree in pharmacology now i intend applying for post graduate certificate in regulatory affairs in drugs, pgd business analysis or Bsc .community development bachelors degree though i have been working in pharmacy for 3yrs i will be 26yrs in few months am just confused don't know which could convince the Visa officer.

Note am considering my age, hope on getting the visa based on my previous 3rd class.
Your best shot will be with the PGC in regulatory affairs in drugs. However, this will take alot of effort both in a good statement of purpose(SOP) as well as your supporting documents. You will have to convince officers that your intended program is the best option for you since it will be dificult to secure a master admission with a 3rd class. This is where a greater part of your chances lie.

Age has got nothing to do with career or academic advancement. The only obstacle with age is when one cannot demonstrate sufficiently the reason behind a particular move or what has led to such decison. Alot of factor will then begin to play out and age sometimes MAY come in but not most times.

Hello
I need information on these things:
1. what's the minimum tuition fee in Canadian for courses such as public health, Environmental toxicology, medical biochemistry etc
2. Is there any website you know of that can give me a list of schools there and also help me narrow my research.
3. modest cost of living
4. Any chance of getting scholarship, grants etc?
5. How do I go about admission application?

1: check the website of each schools in answer number 2.

2: go to Universitystudy.CA and enter your search queries.

3: $10,000 cad approx #2.5-3.5m.

4: yes. If you are going for research-based master program and have high GPA.

5: Following the list provided in answer number 2, and browse each program website scrupulously.

I hope I won't be banned for website I shared. Good luck!

Hello Eraytee. Many thanks for your mail. Again you know that the request did not say 'updated bank statement'. All they want Is a written assurance/confirmation of which a bank confirmation letter that captures your available funds should very much suffice. For sponsors abroad, I may not be able to speak to that because as you already know, not everyone would get this request for additional information.
I will liken what you guys are doing to... guessing what the reasons for a refusal is 'without a GCMS note'....
You should however have requested or posted the contents of the CIC letter to obtain head-on clarification!
Regards.

The way i know it works is you (requesting help or guide) to pm a particular person or spilling whatever it is on here.... and not otherwise!!!
You may just be waiting endlessly...

Wondering..... What situation can be that critical and cannot be discussed here ... What TRV issue can be greater than battling the risk of being rendered inadmissible?... and has been mentioned loads of times here!!

Pls talk if you have to @Beyy..
Regards

My canadian study permit was rejected twice. First rejection was based on
Purpose of visit
Personal and financial asset
Current employment situation
Travel history.

Second one was based on
Insufficient funds
Ties in canada and home country
Travel history

Another concern I'm having is that my international passport expires next year, but my course spans till 2019....its a two year Meng program starting in September 2017.

Please advice. Thanks

I proposed what u posted initially, if we can see d content on here, individuals would be able to digest it and opinions of different kinds would be known, to others here its all assumption cox no one knows the actual request of IRCC.

I got mine yesterday and I don't know if any body got that message too
I advise that you post the part of your letter that remains contentious.. We may have members that will properly interpret this ..

I would in general absolutely not recommend having an SOP that is more than two pages long.

Hmm, yes my bro's SOP was three pages with 1.5 spacing. Which is actually two pages in single spacing.
I felt that his SOP was long, but he was a very complex applicant (no formal job & no funds of his own for the previous three years) and there was a lot to explain. Also, it was written in a way that was very professional and absolutely enjoyable to read.

A 15-page SOP will definitely not be read by the VO. An SOP that long means that you have not been able to distill your explanations into the most concise form possible.

emeify:
But seriously......I tried to address all aspects - purpose of visit, travel history, why canada? why Uni of Saks, current employment status, and employment prospects. How in heavens name can I address all these in 2 pages? @Osemigho, how many pages was yours? I remember @michv or @thesoj's brothers SOP that he claimed was long and got him a TRV. I am just afraid of letting some information out. Also, will i break up the SOP into parts - like the finances - will that be uploaded differently?

There are several links on diz thread which have answered that question, besides linking application is de easiest of all, provided u supply the same information as it is contained in your paper application to the online.. fill everything as it appeared on ur paper application & you will be fine.
I hope it helps.
