ChristoBam: See I dint have it easy in fact I suffered after school I even had the option on getting out because I have siblings over there that were inviting me. But I have this thing for "what is mine is mine" you don't want to know what I did after school but today 10years after school I can beat my chest The opportunity I had then was given to my cousin then 10yrs now he is doing alright in Yankee no doubt but he still trips how I did it in Nigeria I have made life very comfortable for myself Legally and no connection I don't have problem with you guys going but please don't come on social media and show others beauty of other countries and telling them to come over making us loose valuable youths because they want to make dollars 2 Likes 2 Shares |

Lol. You can come here and throw tantrums all you want, the truth is nigeria is nowhere near being developed. If I was faced with this decision to come over to the USA 10 times, I'd pick here 11 times. Me, I go dey post my experiences as I dey see am, your opinions do not matter one bit, the least you can do is ignore the thread, no one forced you to click on the thread title and read through. open your thread and defend how glorious nigeria is, you will not see me on the thread bashing your posts. That being said, say hello to the newest employee of Burger King 56 Likes 4 Shares

Isn't life funny? By this time last year, I was an undergraduate dissecting dead bodies (cadavers) in nigeria. Now I'm flipping burgers in the USA Very soon, I'd go back to dissection (this time, real humans). Life sha is in phases. Maybe I'd have this thread moved to the diary section so you guys can shove your "i love nigeria more than the usa" comments up your respective anal sphincters. 24 Likes 4 Shares |

FrankNetter: Brother, am really happy that you doing great there, but my questions are 1) how long have you lived in US and how did you get jobs? 2) did you travel with a visiting visa, cos a friend told me if you don't have working permit you will be useless in US, is that true? 3) what's the hope of surviving for a person going to the US with just a 2yrs visiting visa? Thanks, I will be elated if you can answer my questions |

efismikoko:This guy must be a JOKER! Or maybe a mediocre. Life in the U.S. cannot be compared with anywhere in Africa One can like it in Nigeria and all, and you decide to make the best of your stay here, but no dey compare the two countries Abeg 10 Likes |

ozim: 1) I entered the USA december last year. 2) I travelled with an immigrant visa, my mum is a citizen so she filed for us. I have my green card, so looking for jobs isn't that hard, you just have to be determined to work. 3) a lot can happen in 2years, there's a million and one ways to get legal in the usa. Enter yankee first, as long as you have people here that know what's up, you will find your way. 37 Likes |

These oyibo people can't pronounce my native name, it's so nice watching them try to. Though I have two english names (baptismal and confirmation names), I chose to stick with my native name. My native name is Obinna but they've helped me abbreviate it to "oh-bi" 27 Likes |

Welcome to America. Now you are here assimilate our culture and learn our language in case you'd need it to save your life. Just blend in! You live in Chicago, the state with the highest gun related violence, needless to to say you should avoid bad companies and stay off the streets and avoid white cops.. And to yunglurd and senorita123 and the rest who see coming to America as a miracle, all I can do right now is smh..if you hoping in god to bring you here, you might as well ask him to make Nigeria inhabitable for humans and not animals 8 Likes |

efismikoko:Lol. You think say anybody send you, the govt is even happy with people leaving. They would only be concerned if people like Otedola or Dangote decide to relocate. And moreover, this would benefit Nigeria in the long run, look at the Chinese as example. 1 Like 3 Shares |
