I can't remember where I found it but OYO is still in top 8. About Enugu richer than Anambra, Ermmm I thought Anambra Is richer due to its industrialisation.

Haba. Oyo would be in the top 10 na.
It isn't as sophisticated as some others at the very top, but it has the economics of scale going (large size), It is the number 2 most populated state in the South (2006). Probably the number 3 now, after Ogun~ which ultimately places it somewhere in the top 8 at least.

Oyo may be underperforming based on poor leadership but that can't take away the fact that it's got immense wealth, viability and high productivity. Na to harness all that wealth be the problem and that boils down to leadership.
