How many times would I have to appeal OR validate my card/account information on Aliexpress? I have seen the following information at least twice after a successful appeal. I am appealing for the second time!

"For security reasons this process can not be continued. To make sure your transaction is secure, please provide us with documentation by clicking My Appeal for further verification."

I am really tired of this angry

.*Did you wait 24hrs before you made attempt on funding your Alipocket again?
*Appealing same card or diff card?
*May be you had more than 1 Appeal but you appealed just 1.
I don't know what could have been the cause of this aside the aforementioned.

Hello house

Please i will like to buy the redmin 4a. But i want to reduce the price. I have an old aliexpress account. If download aliexpress app and open the old account on it will i get the $5 coupon? If yes after i get the coupon can i go to desktop to complete the order? Also i dont fully understand how the alipocket works. Can one buy stuff using alipocket alone? say you have $50 in pocket and you want to buy something of $20 can you buy it with pocket alone? or pocket must be used with a card when checking out? Thanks for your reply

So your phone doesn't display anything again, no mi logo, even when you plug it to a charger?

Your questions make me suspect say you be lecturer.

Lemme answer some.

You can get the coupon if you haven't got it before, plus why not just complete the order using the app?

You can use only Alipocket to buy anything, so long it falls within amount of money you have on Alipocket.

.You can't get coupon if you've used the App b4 to purchase except it is Store coupon.
Yes, You can purchase items via AliPocket alone if your item cost is less than your pocket amount but if more, you'll need to balance it with a card or u fund your alipocket to that amount.

Was your battery level above 50%? And are you able to charge it now? Remove your sim card.

Ok. I just found out that it's the screen that's not displaying. This is not good. The phone didn't fall

The only thing I can deduce is that after updating, the screen didn't come on again
