Check the literacy and poverty rates of Nigeria and you will see that we in the North-central are rapidly catching up with the South. Infact check the current youth literacy rates of Nigeria, you will see that North-central is now almost equal with the south.
In the entertainment industry of Nigeria, North-centralers are very much represented.
We are catching up with the South irrespective of the fact that education came to us 50 years later than the south. The people dragging Nigeria backwards are the core-northernerns. And until the entire south unites together with the willing North-centralers, we will never be able to bring the core-north out of their mess.

Go and study the history of Indian independence and partitionning and see how Pakistani founding fathers did all they could to make sure Britain never granted independence to a united India. Did you remember, Gideon Orkar's coup in 1993?
Orkar was a middlebelter from Benue, he planned to take over power and cut off all the core-northernerns from Nigeria and merge them with Niger republic.

Orkar called and encouraged the unity of the South and Middlebelt. But how many Southernerns were bold enough to support him? Unfortunately he failed. Until yorubas and Igbos stop seeking their personal interests and unite as one with the middlebelt, nothing would change.

like I said earlier, you are too concerned with stupid titles and image. The goal should be about providing the best for your citizens and offering the best standards of living not ruling the world.
