I hope you wanted to mention UAE embassy right.It is 18K per each certs at the embassy but federal ministries of education and foreign affairs is #300 per each. Just make sure you do it by yourself to avoid touts ripping off. Good luck bro. You must first start at the ministry of education Block 8.

He meant the one in UAE not the one located in Nigeria. Because when you are done authenticating your documents in Nigeria, you also have to do it here in UAE.

Many people have cut out to Yankee and Canada through Dubai. What process you will face in Nija to enter Yankee is same you will face here but there are benefits from here

* you fit get India, Georgia, Maldives visa etc. from Dubai and that is additional stamp on your Kpali. I recently applied for India visa and i was told to submit my passport for stamping.
*Working legally means pink slip (uae residence visa stamp). If you work for more than one company in a space of 6 years you are guaranteed minimum 3 pink slips and maybe different employers...super advantage when applying for Yankee or other places like NZ and Australia and Canada
*That you have worked abroad is a plus and besides if you have a good company here you can earn up to 500k-1M per month which is also good when applying for Yankee and Canada (that is if you work for a good company and you are highly skilled o)
*if you have PGD and Masters you can play Canada skilled immigration easy. If you are a nurse you can play Yankee easy (you go write IELTS,CGFNS and NCLEX o)
*If you are sharp you can swagger yankee chic and marry her
