I watched the service life. he only hinted on the opportunities being offered by the Israeli government for him to come and use their facilities and Biblical sites for crusades, church services etc.

Do you think a country like Israel would allow a terrorist military aircraft to fly at very low altitude and around a precious assert / tourist attraction like SCOAN and collapse the building and not get the plane arrested?

The building would probably not have collapsed in Isreal because I'm sure the contractor handling it would follow specifications in Israel, and will not be dodgy, cutting corners with building materials. There would also be close monitoring of building projects by the appropriate authorities.
I'm not sure if Isreal taxes religious bodies, but I don't think they do.
Israelis are civilised, but they also hold to heart their religious beliefs. Its a highly religious state, and don't be surprised they also love their miracles. Of course, I don't expect him physically flogging or slapping witches in Israel.
