This shows that there is another large part of Mombasa with poorer masses (reducing the per capital income) which you are not showing us.

Go and check the GDP per capital of PH city and you will faint. That city should even have a higher or equal per capital income with Lagos, just that Lagos has more people with louder voices.

Strict urban regulations
Beautiful Architecture

How many highrises are in London?

London built it's first highrise in 2011, yet it's still one of the financial capitals of the world.

Besides, you obviously have not seen the full plan of Eko atlantic. Those 7 roundish highrises you see are just in one district of the city. There are about 13 districts with different highrise style patterns.
