Congrats @Arcayo, u have chosen a right path, this is just to encourage some of us with considerable years of experience willing to migrate to Canada (we all know that the end of studying in Canada is getting that PR) to try the PR route, its all about knowing what you what and going for it. @Arcayo really inspired me personally, patience is a virtue we should not loose it at any point in time, he was refused twice, got study permit at a 3rd attempt and PR from naija. Congrats again and I wish u all the best. 1 Like |

All these traffic say person choose wetin make sense for am still dey baffle me. The same guy got refused twice, got approval on the third and still try PR and e click. Na him person go still raise anoda issue as to his decision within his options! Some things just dey weak me! Not as though he commited a crime or violated any law. @Arcayo, baba, if u fit even apply for citizenship 2mao sef, apply! E no concern anybody! All the time you were going through all the trauma of refusals and all, it didn't generate any issue.Proceed however you deem appropraite for you. You owe nobody no explanation. You are officially a PERMANENT RESIDENT of canada. Biko, enjoy all the benefits it comes with. Majority of us here are genuinely happy for you and looking forward to what you have been able to achieve. Congratulation again and all the best to you. 9 Likes |

Gurus, Concerning the latest request by IRCC on payment of school fees. I will like to ask, if funding covers tuition n some other charges are they still likely to ask for tuition deposit. Also, using a sponsors account, can he through his account apply for PTA on my behalf n can a written assurance from his bank used. Thanks. Hi, I'm guessing your using online route. all you need do is fill the form you downloaded on your computer appropriately, validate it, save it and then upload it.You don't need to Scan the forms. You will be asked to sign them electronically at the point of submissions. Regards bobman: |

SamReinvented:please retract this. The gentleman doesn't deserve this after all he has gone through to achieve what he has... He hasn't violated any immigration law by not enrolling in school. Let's try to understand the basics before we claim holier than thou 1 Like |

Michaelbay:Please CBN can not reject your form A through your sponsor acct, your bank did that and there must be reason for that. 1) Are you transferring the fund to your school or another acct? 2) Does your acceptance letter state your tution and other fees? 3). Your sponsor act, is it up to 3 mths in operation? You can PM me for more clarification. |

According to Wikipedia, 2017 "The 43rd Canadian federal election (formally the 43rd Canadian general election) is scheduled to take place on or before October 21, 2019." According to little have read, if you don't make good use of the current liberal immigration friendliness, you may loose the opportunity of such. things may change after next election because the Conservatives (major liberal opponent) doesn't 100% smile to immigration. Dual intent, PR and study, is allowed and are treated differently. Arcayo made a 100% legit wise choice that many are gathering momentum for. Although it is not necessary, I just wish he study ASAP too, if he can afford it or hustle it with his new unlimited work opportunity. Good luck to everyone. 3 Likes |

I got admission in march(graduate diploma in safety & risk Engr) MUN Newfoundland. I have applied for my visa 28th April. I got a mail from them on the 3rd of may that my application has be approved. Still waiting for their message for my medicals. Documents submitted: admission letter, SOP, letter of consent and recommendation from my employer., degree cert., transcript, birth cert, SOA(contain 7.3mil) self sponsored. My concern is that a friend of mine told that they don't usually approve study permit for DIPLOMA. I just want to know how true that is. |

Sharles: congrats same program with me. are you for fall 2017? inshort I am going to send u a pm asap. as for the hoax of not appriving study permit for PGD, disregard it. I know someone who left for the same course last year, all that matters is the link between your career progression, first degree and intended course of study. risk and safety engrng is a professional course and a pgd in it is a worthy continuing professional development. all you need is an SOP to show these points. |

Sharles:I don't understand you, you got your TRV approved without medicals (upfront or on request)? Where did u apply from? Have not heard this before is your program 6 or below 6months? If not then your approval is not in line with IRCC requirements. |
